Hearing aids chosen, fitted and fine-tuned by Jayen, in the comfort of your own home or at one of our local clinics.
Hearing Aids at Ray of Hearing
One Audiologist, from Start to Finish
With Ray of Hearing, the person who tests your hearing is the same person who fits your hearing aids and looks after them afterwards. Jayen gets to know you, your hearing and the moments you're missing, so each adjustment is built on a real understanding of your life.
Most appointments take place at home. Your hearing aids are set up in the rooms where you actually listen: the sitting room where you watch TV, the kitchen table where the family chats. That makes it easier to get the sound right from day one.

Finding Your Fit
Which Hearing Aid Suits Your Life?
The best hearing aid isn't the most expensive one. It's the one that fits the way you live. Here are a few of the things we'll talk through together.
"I mostly want to hear the TV and my family."
If your days are mostly spent at home or in calm places, you may not need the highest technology level. Clear, comfortable sound for one-to-one chats and the television can make a big difference.
"Restaurants and get-togethers wear me out."
Noisy places are where hearing aid technology really earns its keep. Higher levels pick out the voice in front of you and calm the clatter around it, so a meal out feels less like hard work.
"I'd rather nobody noticed them."
Some hearing aids are small enough to sit almost entirely out of sight, while others tuck neatly behind the ear. Whether a very discreet option will suit you depends on your ears and your hearing, and we'll check both.
"Small, fiddly things are tricky for me."
Rechargeable hearing aids that simply drop into a charger at night mean no tiny batteries to change. We'll make sure whatever you choose is easy for you to put in, take out and look after.
"I'm always on the phone."
Many hearing aids can link to your mobile, so calls, music and even the TV play straight into your ears. We'll set it all up for you and show you how it works.
